"The property and room were clean and nice. I was overcharged for parking and the front desk agreed to issue a refund. The refund was never processed and the hotel has not responded to several inquiries. I also had a small (but annoying) charge show up a week after our stay, with no explanation and no response from the hotel. "

I would Like to see a little more variation between the menu in the main restaurant and pool cafe - although I doninderstand Why there Is a lot Of Overlap"
