Every member of the staff we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely seemed interested in making sure we had a great experience. The level of service throughout the resort was excellent. The food was also fantastic. Everything we tried was fresh, well prepared, and exceeded our expectations. Between the restaurants, the beautiful grounds, the pools, and the overall atmosphere, the resort really delivered the relaxing Puerto Rico experience we were hoping for. Our room and the common areas were spotless, and the entire property felt peaceful, comfortable, and well cared for. What impressed us most was the consistency great service, great food, beautiful surroundings, and excellent cleanliness throughout our entire stay. We came to Puerto Rico for a family vacation and left with some incredible memories. My wife and son had an amazing time, and that alone made the trip special for me. We would absolutely stay at the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico again and would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, family-friendly resort in Puerto Rico.
