Never send me the email with the ibstructions that was supposed I should receive 24 hour prior 3pm when I could access to the propierfy. They advertise that have luggage storage and it's not true! I mailed them asking fir instructions about it and never answred back.
The instructions are very general instead individualized and there are many complications to find the front desk.
One you overtake all those dufficults it was quiet and easy to be there.
Rooms are ok for the price and location

Staff members very rude, they’ll mutter under their breath at you if you ask anything of them. We didn’t have a fridge in our room and politely requested one as we were there to run the marathon and needed a fridge.
2 days of asking no fridge each day the new members of staff had no idea about the fridge request. It seems very disjointed no one passes over any info. Have to keep explaining everyday about the same request.
When we did speak to staff behind the counter one man was extremely rude muttering under his breath and pulling faces at us. Never experienced anything like it in my life. Especially considering the price point this hotel charges at the very least you’d expect attentive staff on hand.
I finally got to speak to a manager who was lovely it’s a shame her staff are not on the same level. Very poor service. I think her name was Fatima.
Lovely breakfast beds comfy that’s about it. Hotel needs lots of work it’s clean enough for a night or two but I wouldn’t spend your hard earned money on this place with staff who don’t care.
