"We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Staff are fantastic, Manager upgraded us to the suite, we felt very lucky and fortunate! Spotless rooms and very comfortable, tasty buffet breakfast. Excellent location in front of the river and newly upgraded Inverness Castle and surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars. The best place we have ever stayed in Inverness!!! Thank you!!! <3"

"Lovey resort for families with children, fabulous pool with kind pool attendant & exceptional customer service on reception (young male reception ist) great parking, large lounge area/dining facilities. Great playpark out the back & across the car park was another amusement arcade with large soft play/cafe our daughter loved it. Only downside was the rooms were a bit tired, lacked attention to detail you would expect from a Scottish Highland Hotel. Other than that we had a great stay"
