"Excellent stay! The staff were always so helpful. We had an issue with our room which was promptly investigated. When they could not resolve it, they offered a change of room and when we declined moving, they compensated us with breakfast on the house. The staff at the Meko restaurant were so helpful and kind. Got coffee on the house a few times. We had stayed at the start of our holiday then went to Zanzibar for 5 days and returned. Everyone welcomed us so well, it felt like home. Anything we needed, they would at least try their best to provide including flower vases, warming up foods, etc. thank you Victor, Samuel, purity and countless others. We really enjoyed our stay and I can say Kwetu really felt like home to us during our holiday. "

"I had a fantastic stay at The Best Western Plus Meridian Hotel in Nairobi. Despite being a small hotel, it was impeccably clean and organized, with everything I needed. From a small rooftop pool with a bar to neat rooms equipped with Netflix and YouTube, plus fast internet. The staff were outstanding—especially Patrick and Anthony at reception and Liz in the restaurant. The food was also amazing, and I highly recommend this hotel for its great value, location, and excellent tours they offer."

"Reservation was messed up by the hotel. Late arrival and late check out were requested and approved, and then lost internally so cleaning staff disturbed me repeatedly 2 hours after checking in at 5 AM. Staff are 'overly anxious' to serve... asking me more than 10 times during a 45 minute meal if I needed anything, was everything good, etc, etc. This is a very modern hotel that needs some 'maturity' in it's management and operations. I won't return."
