From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service from every member of the staff were outstanding warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. The room was luxurious, incredibly spacious, and extremely comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day. Every detail reflected thoughtful design and high standards of comfort. Breakfast was another highlight truly amazing, with excellent quality, variety, and attentive service that made each morning feel special. Overall, our experience was flawless with a combination of luxury, comfort, and world-class service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most definitely return and stay here again. "The staff Sanjeet and Ajay kumar for decorating our room and also checking up on us afterwards to make sure the room was all good. Also the young lady from reception (i cant quite remember her name - but she appeared very senior in her position) but she was so lovely and attentive. She brought us up to our room and showed us the surprise. As a team, the three of them really know how to make their guest feel valued and supported. They were the reason my husband and i had a pleasant stay. Great asset to the company! 😊 Room was spacious and lovely. We stay in 2 different rooms at the hotel due to our itinerary. Both rooms were spotless and bed were comfy. We also used the gym and it was really nice and well equipped."

"LOCATION: The location of this hotel was great. While it’s not the closest option to Delhi International Airport, it was still conveniently reachable. Considering Delhi’s heavy traffic, being near the airport was a definite bonus. Using Uber to get around from the Hyatt Regency was convenient, as drivers could pick up and drop off directly at the main entrance. STAFF: The staff were extremely professional, courteous, and attentive. Their commitment to excellent hospitality was noticeable throughout the stay. HOTEL BREAKFAST: The breakfast was impressive, offering numerous options to choose from. The only minor drawback was the wait time to enter the restaurant, especially on weekends when the hotel was busy, but this seems inevitable given the hotel’s size. Breakfast hours were from 6:30 to 10:30am. DINNER: I recommend going out of the hotel as there are better options/experiences at local cafes/restaurants. ROOM + CLEANLINESS: The rooms were spotless and well maintained. I appreciated the smart TV, which allowed me to log into my Netflix account. The bathroom was well-equipped with both a shower and a separate tub. ROOM CLEANERS: The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. They went the extra mile in small ways that really stood out and added a personal touch to the stay. EXTRA TOUCHES: The hotel had beautiful Christmas decorations during my visit. The attention to detail and the small thoughtful touches made the entire stay feel very special and memorable."
