"I was unable to stay in the end due to ill health but did inform the owner twice a day of my hospital status when she assured me she held my room. When I was eventually discharged she told me she gave away my room but could offer me a home stay elsewhere, unseen. I declined and she refused refund despite resellling the room. Really poor business form and honesty. "

"Excellent hotel, friendly staff and clean. Stayed in many hotels around the world and this is one of the best. Great facilities with access to gym 24/7 and spa until 12am. Very wide choice at breakfast. Only thing I would say is that the food at the restaurants abit pricey."

The breakfast is great with a lot of options and a la carte service at the table which we really enjoyed. The Indian restaurant Jamavaar was good with dal makhani and lamb biryani, the highlights but Delhi has such good options for dinner that you can get much better elsewhere.
