Beautiful luxury hotel. The room was spacious for our family of 4. The hotel is a very large property with a Lawsons and bowling alley inside. There is an onsen and gym but the onsen incurred a fee to use it and the gym didn’t allow anyone under 20 yrs old. Breakfast that was included consisted of 3 different restaurants to choose from. We only tried the American ones but they still included Japanese options. Be aware that the Sky Bar has gorgeous views of the Tokyo Tower but drinks are crazy expensive. We just sat at the bar which was free but they charge you a fee for seating near the window or at a sofa lounge. Location was decent and near a subway station entrance. We would stay here again.

The room was extremely clean. The rooms and restrooms smelled and looked clean. The beds are pretty comfortable (SERTA MATTRESSES). The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with the suitcase delivery service to our next hotel. The in room washer/dryer was extremely useful and quiet.

The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food. The room was clean although it could use some updates. The location was great.

Excellent location! Within walking distance to shopping and sooo much food everywhere!! Hotel was clean and staff very friendly and helpful.
