10/10 Excellent
"The layout of the main floor is fantastic- excellent for gatherings of any size. The checkin/out process was very smooth; well appointed kitchen. The loft bedroom will only work for those who go to bed late and wake early as it is completely exposed. Hot tub was great too! Definitely need a vehicle as it’s a good drive from town. As this was summer time, no services available on the mountain in terms of groceries, etc so come with that, including ice and bug spray! Just lovely!"

10/10 Excellent
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. It is in a perfect location for exploring the surrounding national parks. Yoho, Glacier, and Kootenay are each about an hour's drive away. The town of Golden is quite charming with 2 grocery stores, a liquor store, several restaurants, and a fabulous bakery called Ethos. We enjoyed hikes in each of the national parks, our 2 favorites being Emerald Basin, off of Emerald Lake in Yoho, and Stanley Glacier in Kootenay. There is a great restaurant in the town of Field called The Truffle Pig. Don't miss it if you are visiting Yoho. The house is very well stocked, quite spacious, and the ever changing views of the mountains are beautiful. There is so much to see and do, we wish we could have stayed longer than 7 days."
Enjoy a trip to Stairway to Heaven Chair Lift and popular activities such as skiing in Golden. Discover the area's mountain views or seek out its horse riding.
