Things were missing in the unit .. There were no pot scrubbers to clean pots and pans .there was no toilet bowl cleaner to clean the toilets on a long stay .. House keeping was not there . at all . When after 2 days in my stay I asked for them to take the towles from the bathroom and the trash .. I let them know i would not be in the unit from 1 - 930 that evening and when i got back it had not been done .. These are the things that can be inproved upon . The unit was lovely The beds were comfortable ..

What an amazing experience, would definitely recommend, the thermal baths and saunas are incredible.

Perfect location! Walking distance to the shops if you want to do some shopping. We had a nice view of the mountain and you can see Bear st from it. We stayed in a 2 bed and 2 bath room. Very spacious and clean. There’s a stove, fridge and microwave if you want to do some cooking. The only downside is the parking. They dont have their own parking. You gotta park in the streets which you have to pay $12 canadian $$ per hour from 8am- 8pm and free from 8pm-8am or park for free by the train station from 9am-9pm but you gotta walk 9 mins from the hotel.
