"While the staff was 5-star—exceptionally helpful and even surprised us with an anniversary cake—the hotel itself is far from a luxury experience. The Issues: • The Pool Experience: Total disappointment. The pool is small and shallow (4ft), and was completely overrun by a massive group of school kids. There was no relaxing music, no menu available when asked, and a 7:00 PM closing time that is way too early. It felt like a public park, not a 5-star retreat. • Atmosphere & Hygiene: To save costs, the hotel turns off the hallway AC, making floors stiflingly hot. We also noticed weird smells in the walkways and found hair in our bathroom upon arrival. • Logistics: Zero signage on floors for the gym or pool. Because of the large groups, we often waited 5–10 minutes for a lift."

"Terrible experience at Radisson Hotel. During the rain, water was leaking through the windows in Room 312—completely unacceptable. Instead of changing our room, they sent someone to just mop the water like it was normal. The room was a mess and clearly not maintained. We called reception three times for luggage assistance and no one showed up. Then, despite being told the night before that checkout was 1:30 PM, we got a call at 12:30 PM forcing us to leave early. No apology, no accountability, no effort to fix the situation. I expect a proper compensation. Avoid this place."

"This is one of the toughest reviews I have had to write. I was in the city to stay with my dad for a couple of weeks. We spent the second week in welcomgroup hotel. I’ve stayed at the hotel chain in other cities so knew they have a high standard. The experience, this time, was mixed. The staff was absolutely fantastic across the board. They offered us every courtesy and convenience we could have asked for. It was a top tier experience in terms of staff willingness to help. Having said that, the hotel infrastructure had issues. Slow shower drain caused bathroom to flood, wifi had technical issues, the doorbell had technical issues, the battery operated in-room safe had no batteries in it. These were operational issues. From a design standpoint, the twin beds were narrower than typical. The room had a desk and an office chair but wasn’t spacious enough to accommodate a coffee table. There wasn’t enough space in the room for in room dining for 2 people. The in room dining service was inconsistent. Although the food was great. The infrastructure is obviously quite new and modern with several automations, elegant fixtures and high standards. But the processes required to uphold a high standard suggest that the hotel management can do a vastly better job to improve employee and customer experience. Having said all of that, I absolutely loved the hospitality orientation of every staff member. They are a lovely bunch. So I will definitely stay here the next time I am here. "

"Terrible experience at Regenta. I called beforehand to confirm my check-in time and was told 12 PM. When I arrived, they suddenly said it was 2 PM. I also specifically asked if I needed to bring anything for check-in and was told no, but when I got there they demanded my passport and visa, which was never mentioned. The room itself was disgusting. It smelled bad, the AC wasn’t working, and the “white” bedsheet was dirty. The decorative cloth on the bed was extremely filthy and black. The room felt completely unhygienic and poorly maintained. I stayed for less than 30 minutes before leaving because it was that bad. I went to Orchid down the road instead, which was a much better hotel and experience. Regenta was a huge disappointment and I would absolutely not recommend staying here."
