All you need en route

Old hotel but newer accommodation wing. Good restaurant.r restaurant. Room was large and comfortable.Lovely to have a full size bathtub. Parking available.

Our Stay

We have previously stayed at this hotel. We found the staff extremely courteous and friendly. The food was very good with a good variety of food available from the menu. Breakfast was good and caters for all dietary needs. Our room was at the rear of the stablishment and was quite quiet.The room was clean, tidy and comfortable.

There is no 24 - hour desk, so I turned up at 2 pm just to pick up te key (room was paid for). Was not possible, but they ' would sent me a mail how to get in after 10 pm'. At 4.30 pm still no mail, so I started calling. Ater 6 calls still no mail (and by then my dinnerparty was starting). Was afraid I had nowhere to sleep, so I got my car out of the garage (breaking my fixed rate) and drove up there. (10 min by car). When I came in I heard ' it was just sent'. But when I opened my mail it turned out there were no entry instructions. They wanted a 100 euro deposit. Gave them the deposit after waiting about 20 minutes and drove back to my dinner party. I was furious, lost more that 1 hour and needed to engage in a new fixed amount for my car. But had I not done this, i had to sleep in my car...

Petit dej correct. chambre propre, morderne et spacieuse avec baignoire. Il y a avait juste un problème de fuite de la baignoire qui a "inondé" le sol de la SDB. Il y a un resto qui avait l'air bon. bien fréquenté. Prix ultra raisonnable.

Week-end fête

Hotel propre, loué 2 chambres l’une spacieuse, l’autre exigue. Literie correcte et salles de bains tres spacieuses et bien agencées. Les chambres sont équipées de volet roulant, ce qui atténue le bruit de la route face à l’hotel. Le restaurant de l’hôtel offre une carte variée, le repas etait excellent et les petits dejeuners varies et de qualité. Rapport qualité prix correct.

Das ganze Hotel riecht sehr intensiv nach abgestandenem Essensgeruch (Frittierfett?), der sich bis hoch in die Zimmer zieht. Das Zimmer war semi-sauber, bei einem Zustellbett versuchte man uns, sichtbar benutzte Bettwäsche unterzujubeln... unser Hinweis darauf wurde mit hochgezogenen Augenbrauen quittiert. Die Spülung im WC war defekt, so dass wir mitten in der Nacht den Spülkasten auseinandernehmen mussten, um es zu richten, da die sonst entstandenen Geräusche uns den Schlaf geraubt hätten. Summa summarum: wirklich furchtbar.

Très bel hôtel un peu en dehors de Namur, à quelques minutes de voiture seulement. Chambre petite mais très fonctionnelle. Confortable. Merci pour le petit ventilateur fourni dans la chambre ! Il a fait 31-32°C durant mon séjour !
