A beautiful, grand room full of old world charm and antique furniture in a historic building. Comfortable and cosy
The owner greeted us and was very helpful. It was in a great location, busy vibrant area. The room was large and airy and excellent value for money. The bathroom could have been improved upon but was fine for us.

The hotel is mostly clean and modern. The staff is very nice. We had an issue with bathroom shower door … which couldn’t be resolved and had to change rooms, twice. The staff tried to accommodate but their suite is not designed for 3 adults, so bedroom has a nice king size bed, but in the living room it’s just a couch (not reclining, so for very short person) and they can bring a rollaway bed which is super uncomfortable. First floor has a nice high calling, 5th floor is like at attic with very low ceiling. Some rooms have steps…. Also curtains had stains.

The room and hotel were clean. But the service could have been better. The coffee at the breakfast buffet was really bad, which ruins the rest of the breakfast. There was an unexpected parking fee, which we weren’t told about before checking in. Wasn’t insane, just annoyed by the unexpected charge ...
