"Friendly staffs provide great help and services. 16th floor cleaning team did fantastic work leading by Ms. Apple Zhang 張苹。礼宾部小冰also helped us to bring and load several luggage. Only issue is the noise in the hotel. It needs updating noises insulation."

Regardlss staff were great help always and friendly. Interesting to have your primary desk reservation on level 51. I'd highly recommend this hotel also for its prine location and nearby monuments and shopping and food."

"Convenient location for dining and shopping, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. I stayed at a Marriott property, and while the room was smaller than expected for the brand, it was generally clean and functional. Unfortunately, the kettle in the room didn’t work, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, it was an okay stay nothing exceptional, but decent for a short visit."
