"You truly cannot get a better location. It is right downtown and within walking distance to just about everything you need. We stayed with our family including two kids and had the easiest time getting to and from activities. One suggestion- if you are coming with little kid who are staying in the bunk bed room I would suggest reserving a baby gate for the back staircase as it is right outside of their room- definitely helped ease my mind about late night bathroom trips.
