Our rates are based on up to 4 guests. Additional guests will be an additional $50 per guest, per night (plus tax) for up to an 8 person maximum occupancy. Please read our Cancellation Policy below...

Safety & Cleanliness are our focus. As always, fresh linens, towels, are amply provided. Surfaces are disinfected, and De Mar House features a Central AC/Heating System with HEPA filtration.

Located on picturesque First St, nestled among other Historic homes. Stroll to the heart of Downtown Napa, and the beautiful revitalized Napa Riverfront. The Uptown Theatre, The "Blue Note", Oxbow Marketplace, Napa Wine Train, over 25 downtown Wine Tasting Rooms, 6 Micro Brews, great shopping and dozens of restaurants including some of the finest dining in the Napa Valley, are all just steps away from this well appointed, private residence. Conveniently located between Rt 29 and Silverado Trail, De Mar House is a 5 minute drive to some wonderful vineyards and views. At the end of the day park the car, enjoy Downtown, and reflect on the day as you relax on the covered front porch. Dine in, and take advantage of numerous culinary markets. We take much pride in providing not just a house, but a comfortable home for our guest to enjoy. Come to De Mar House and live like a local in the breathtaking Napa Valley. Cheers!

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
1)If you cancel for any reason up to 30 days before arrival, 50% of your deposit will be kept. Cancellations that are less than 30 days before arrival total deposit will be non-refundable, unless rebooked. A $25.00 processing fee is charged for all cancellations. 1a) If cancellation is required due to Covid 19 mandates, and closures, or area wildfires cause the same, all monies paid will be applied to a future visit with no blackout dates, expiration or incurred fees.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please thoroughly was/dry all used dishes, pots, pans, etc, and return them to their places, checking that dishwasher has also been emptied. Clean toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc if used
Please leave sofa bed in open position if used
Please make certain the front and rear exterior doors are locked and the key is placed back in the lockbox
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Incredible stay

We loved our stay. It was a great location, and had everything we needed. Loved having lemon tree in the front yard, and an orange tree in the back. Owner is very thorough, and pays attention to details - in planning and booking. Definitely one of our favorite stays!

Another wonderful visit to Napa and the De Mar House.

We took a family trip to Napa to visit our oldest son and spend some time in the valley. There was no doubt that we were going to stay in the damar house again and it was perfect just like the last time. Beautiful home, perfect location, and great host. Highly recommended.

Comfortable, Great Location

We were in town for a family wedding. The house comfortable fit us and our four adult children. Having three bathrooms was very useful. It's an easy walk to downtown. I would stay here again.

Quick walk to town

Cutest house ever. Close to town and love the Victorian style house. We came for a girlfriend’s trip and this house was perfect for us all! Cozy but big enough. Loved every room had its own bathroom!

One of the best short trips with family. Best ever hosts

Guy & Christina are the best hosts we have come across in our vacation rental experience. Their info helped us plan our stay, activity and food in Napa well. Their place was as advertised and very well maintained. It was well equipped, very clean and extra care taken on instructions to safeguard the house. The whole family loved the experience.

Fantastic Property

Wonderful Stay in Beautiful Napa Home

My wife and I, along with our 3 adult daughters, just spent 2 nights in this beautiful home. Everything was amazing!Location was perfect. Neighborhood was very nice. Sitting on the porch in the morning! The garden in back! The breakfast nook!We were in San Francisco for an event and decided to extend our time by coming to Napa since our daughters have never been. Of course Napa is amazing, but staying in this home was a treat.We will absolutely be back when we can spend more time and absorb more of what this home offers.

Bauer Wine Camp!

Our family has a “wine camp” weekend every Summer and this year we chose Napa. We found THE MOST wonderful location and hosts there could possibly be. The home is charming and very convenient (walking distance) to Napa shopping and restaurants. The hosts were very easy to contact and filled with wonderful suggestions for a fabulous Napa experience. We’re going back next year and staying here!

Traditional home in Napa , close to the central Napa!! Our friends enjoyed shopping and Restaurant !! But I know old days Napa had a little more quiet and more adult place , now many young people make loud Music and loud voice !!!

Wonderful stay in a perfect location!

Staying in the home was amazing! Only a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk from all the restaurants. The house was very spacious, with comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Absolutely loved the backyard, we had the most amazing time staying here for my friend's bachelorette. Highly recommend. The hosts provided us with recommendations prior to our stay and was readily available for questions.

Second time in 3 months

We came back to the lovely De Mar House for a second time in 3 months. This place is simply perfect for a weekend getaway to Napa. We had our fill our wine tastings, exquisite food, and quality shopping with this gorgeous, comfortable home to come back to for rest and recharging. We will be back again!

Perfect location for a Napa weekend!

We loved everything about Del Mar House. The three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms were exactly as described in the listing. Everyone in our family was comfortable and slept well. The house is a short walk to downtown Napa. We had a car, but we wouldn’t have needed it. Beautiful, comfortable home. Will look to stay here again.
