    You'll feel right at home in this lovely Napa Valley 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with a den that sleeps 6. This cozy condo, located at 16 Fairways on the first floor with golf course views, is the perfect place to settle in for your Napa Valley getaway. This Premium condo features a living room with a flat-screen TV, a dining area with seating for 6, and a full kitchen. There is a den off the living room with a Queen sofa sleeper. The master bedroom features a Cal King bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom and shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Cal King bed and TV. There is also a second full bathroom with a shower. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private back patio facing the 6th Fairway as you plan your adventures for the day, and then unwind with a glass of wine on the enclosed front patio at the end of your evening. This condo has DirecTV cable and wireless internet. This condo has access to a SEASONAL HOA pool, which is located within walking distance. No pets allowed.
    This condo is ideally located with easy access to wineries, downtown Napa, Yountville, Rutherford, and the surrounding areas.
