"Our flight in was severely delayed, so we were having to check in very late. Since there’s no front desk, we were worried about the lack of access, but staff was very responsive and helped us through the check in process and kindly checked on us throughout our stay. They even booked us a last minute wine tour! We really appreciated the daily housekeeping and they left gifts like eye masks and extra water bottles everyday. Breakfast every morning was so good and then there would always be a little afternoon snack in the foyer. Overall appreciated how hands off staff was, allowing us to do our thing"

"Only spent 1 night here. It was nice and room was clean. Could feel bathroom be cleaner? Yes. I dont know why its ok for shower to have orange colored slime or mold around the bar on the corner Elise to the floor of the shower or brown stains by the edge of the toilet/floor corners. Maybe its because corners are areas i pay attention to when I clean or inspect in my kids bathrooms after they day they cleaned. But overall, great experience. Bedding was soft and clean. Best part is pricing. So yes, I may be a clean freak but I had an awesome experience and slept well for a germophobe"

"I traveled to Napa for an overnight trip with my friend from Saturday to Sunday. Self-parking is available and the parking lot is big. Checking in and out was simple. They have a little convenience store with food and toiletries available for purchase. Coffee and tea are available in the lobby. The room was clean and cold - just the way I like it. Staff was kind and helpful with my questions. I did not partake in breakfast since we had already had plans."

"The hotel is in a great area of Napa; close around to a lot of chain restaurants and stores, while being a 5 minute drive from downtown Napa and tasting rooms! Rooms are nice and renovated, beds and linens were comfortable. The property itself is clean. The attached restaurant, Petit Soleil, served delicious breakfast. The only issue we had run into was the Keurig in our room, which did not work properly. Other than that, the hotel does have a much better coffee machine in the main lobby, which makes up for it! Would definitely stay here again."
