The beautiful tī kōuka (cabbage tree) guides you into this peaceful one-bedroom sleepout which is perfect for work trips, events, or exploring the Hawke's Bay region. Centrally located and easily accessible, it features its own entrance off a shared driveway, offering both convenience and privacy. Unwind in quiet surroundings and enjoy a relaxing stay in our peaceful, well-located space.

This cozy single-room accommodation features a comfortable queen bed and a versatile couch that transforms into a sofa bed, perfect for couples, small families, or solo travelers.

The room includes a buffet bar equipped with basic cooking essentials and an air fryer, ideal for preparing light meals or snacks. Please note that while there's no kitchen sink, the bathroom basin is available for washing up. The attached bathroom ensures convenience and privacy throughout your stay.
