PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster or harmless gecko. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in HawaiŹ»i. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular pest control, but some insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you experience more than normal pest activity — we’ll work with the HOA to help. These occurrences do not constitute a refund or rental adjustment.

HAWAIŹ»I CLIMATE: HawaiŹ»i’s tropical environment supports a variety of island wildlife including geckos, ants & occasional roosters. Despite regular pest control, these are part of normal island living. Update Descriotion

Please update the description so it accurately matches the unit. There is no bath tub in the unit as advertised and that was a factor in choosing this unit.Otherwise, hard to beat the Hale Mahina.
