Aqualane Oasis offers southern coastal luxury in the ideal waterfront Naples location. Arrive by boat and tie up on the private dock that doubles as a quiet space to relax and read - or - by car into the circular driveway under a majestic banyan tree. The private backyard oasis offers a large heated swimming pool, chaise lounges and outdoor living rooms on both the ground floor and the elevated second floor screened patio. Inside, the spacious home has been recently renovated to offer fine finishes across both levels. From the driveway and pool deck, enter the ground level which in centered around a spacious family room, and has a kitchenette, laundry room with garage access, three bedrooms, all with queen beds, and two bathrooms. French doors lead out to the lanai and pool. Upstairs, a gorgeous great room with vaulted ceilings serves as another living space, dining area, and is complete with a chef?s kitchen. An elevator is available for transportation between the two floors. On the east side of the second floor is the primary suite with a king size bed, TV, spacious marble bathroom and private home office. On the west side of the second floor, find a powder room and access to another guest suite with two twin size beds and private bathroom. When you step outside, find yourself in one of the most desirable locations in Naples, walking distance to the beach and charming Third Street South shopping and dining. It simply doesn?t get much better for a sun filled Florida retreat! HOUSEKEEPING: Biweekly (once every other week) housekeeping is included with your rental of this home, and shall be conducted by the home's regular cleaning crew. BOAT DOCK & LIFT: The boat dock and lift are available to you for the duration of your rental. If you will have a boat and plan to use the lift, please provide details on your boat so that we can ensure the equipment is setup to accommodate the size and weight of your vessel.
