- 3 Bedroom villa with office. Large, bright open floor plan with BRAND NEW furniture, appliances, and home accessories. Fully furnished Lanai with your very own private pool, spa, grill and 65 inch outdoor TV, with full streaming capability. Three bedrooms plus and office, will comfortably sleep 8 people. All the comforts of home including TVs throughout, a fully stocked kitchen, family games, beach chairs, rafts, towels, and a queen-sized inflatable mattress. Private 2 car garage, with Tesla Charger available for your use.
The Isles of Collier has a resort-Style pool, lap pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, tennis & pickelball courts and the Overlook bar & grill which offers casual waterfront dining and live music. The community features scenic hiking & biking trails, as well as a brand new outdoor exercise equipment circuit. There are also complimentary paddle boards and kayaks available for use.
We are minutes from Naples Botanical Gardens, Tin City, 5th Avenue Shopping & Dining District, and the pristine Gulf Beaches. Close proximity to Marco Island.
