The space
Situated in the vibrant Naples Art District, you'll be just a short stroll away from a variety of local gems, including the charming Rebecca’s Wine Bar, Ankrolab Brewery, and Celebration Park, where you can enjoy food trucks and live music by the water. For a more relaxed experience, savor coffee at Bean to Cup Lounge or Bayshore Bodega, also overlooking the water. Additionally, you'll find Naples Botanical Gardens, the iconic Naples Pier and beaches, and the renowned 5th Avenue just a short drive away.

This is one of four units on the property, the portions for the guests is clearly identified. This unit faces the main street and next to the door has a unit number 3. There are 2 dedicated parking spaces for this unit and are labelled with a number 3.

Guest access
Smart lock, self check-in. We provide you with all of the entry and exit instructions the day you arrive, and allow you privacy during your stay.

Other things to note
Sofa bed is NOT a pull out mattress, but rather push together sectional large enough for sleeping.

Additional Rules

• Late Check-Out:
Check-out time is strictly 11:00 AM to allow sufficient time to prepare for the next guests. Failure to check out on time will result in a minimum $100 fine. If you need a late check-out, please arrange it in advance with the host.

• No Gatherings or Parties:
Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized gatherings will incur a $300 fine. Should police be called due to disturbances, guests will be required to leave immediately without a refund, and the remainder of their stay will be forfeited.

• No Unauthorized Pets:
While we understand pets are important to many guests, pets are not allowed unless they are service animals. If you have a service animal, please notify us ahead of time so we can review our pet policy with you. Violating this rule will result in a fine of $300 to $600.

• Smoking Policy:
A penalty of $200 per day will be applied if any sign or smell of smoke is detected after your departure. The home is equipped with smoke monitors that will alert the host remotely if smoking occurs.

• No food/drinks in bedrooms:
To avoid spills, stains, and damage, we kindly ask guests to refrain from eating and drinking in the bedroom areas. This allows us to keep our home as clean as possible for all guests. An additional fee may be charged in the event stained sheets need to be replaced.

• Additional Cleaning Fees:
If extra cleaning is required beyond the standard cleaning, an additional fee of $75 may be charged.

• Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement:
By booking this property, GUEST acknowledges and agrees that they are fully responsible for any damage to property, injury, accident, or loss during their stay. The HOST and OWNER are not liable for any incidents, and the GUEST assumes all risks associated with staying at the residence or engaging in any recreational activities.
The GUEST agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the HOST, OWNER, their employees, contractors, or officers from any claims (including those from third parties) arising from the use of the premises or any items in the home.
The GUEST further agrees to be responsible for any harm, nuisance, or damage caused by themselves, their tenants, or visitors while on the property, and to cover any costs associated with negligence or improper conduct.
Visitor Policy: The GUEST may have local visitors not to exceed a max of 2 total vehicles including the GUEST vehicles. Combined GUESTS and their visitors may not exceed a total number of 8. Total individuals over 8 is considered an EVENT and must be requested. GUEST assume responsibility for all damages their visitors cause, visitors may not remain over night, if visitors remain overnight and the total GUEST count exceeds 5 an additional charge of $100 will be charged and termination of the reservation.
Additionally, the GUEST assumes full responsibility for paying the total amount due for the stay, including any outstanding charges or damages incurred during their stay
