- Enjoy this beautiful 1st. floor Veranda unit totally renovated with front and back lanai. Comfortably and tastefully 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom with king size bed and 2 walking closets. Second bedroom with two twins beds. Internet included. Flat screen TV in every room. New kitchen with granite counter tops and new appliances. Washer and dryer in the unit. Located in the beautiful Naples Heritage. Gated community with a guarded gate 24/7. Golf course. Club just finished all new amenities and looks wonderful, new swimming pool, new tennis courts, new gym for you to enjoy. Tenants to pay $ 100.- for Lease application and $ 800.- membership transfer fee to have access to golf, driving range, putting greens, tennis courts and restaurant. During the high season we are booking leases to start on the first day of each month. .
