  • Condo at Regatta at Vanderbilt Beach is a luxury waterfront condo, just one & a half block from Vanderbilt Beach & Ritz Carlton. This unit is over 2000 square foot, beautifully decorated & offers a very large private terrace overlooking the bay. Private rear stairs to boat dock & parking garage. A short walk to Vanderbilt Beach where you can enjoy sandy white gulf beaches & stunning sunsets. Private gated resort style complex w/ both family friendly pool, an adults only lap pool, spa, grilling area & gym

    Regatta requires a tenant evaluation form to be completed when you stay at the resort. It is $150.00 paid to the Regatta directly. You must complete the form 30 days prior to your stay.
