Beautiful Downtown Naples Close to All Naples Has to Offer

  • Beautifully upgraded 4 Bdrm 2 bath main house and an adu we call the cabana, that festures 1 full bathroom and kitchen for a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. Incredible resurfaced heated pool and spa. Enjoy jetted spa under the stars while watching the beautiful light shows in the pool. Lovely landscaping. Ample parking, bicycles and kayaks available. Only 2 miles to the beach and 1 mile to downtown on your way to the beach. We have 11 beds and Sleeps 17 quite comfortably and can always put someone on the couch. This is the perfect home for large family gatherings, only affordable house in Naples to sleep so many guests!
