Beautiful Pool Home in Park Shore Just 1/2 Mile from the Beach

Amazing pool home with jacuzzi including 3 beautiful bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Walk to the gorgeous private Park Shore beach with free parking and restroom facilities, Venetian Village and the Waterside shops. Enjoy morning coffee on the fully enclosed lanai or on the tranquil side patio with views of the lake. Included with this home is access to the private Park Shore Beach park including parking and use of the bathhouse. Beach chairs, towels, cooler and 4 bicycles are included.
The home features an open floor plan with gourmet kitchen and is exquisitely appointed. The lanai includes a pool, built-in grill, and it's western position provides a gorgeous spot to view the moon. In addition to air conditioning, all rooms have ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and full ensuite bathroom. Each of the two guest rooms have queen beds and custom designed closet systems. A second full luxury bathroom provides a tub/shower and custom built shelving.
