"El lugar necesita un poco de cuidado y actualizacion. Algun inconveniente con el desague de la banadera, pero tuvo solucion, gracias Lulu por enviarnos al empleadi de mantenimiento! Las piscinas, spa, y locacion excelentes. Es lugar de descanso, tranquilo, y facil acceso. Volveria sin duda, deseando puedan observar detalles en cuanto al cuidado de la limpieza y ambiente(cortinas) en las habitaciones. No participamos del desayuno, pero esta disponible e incluido para los huespedes. Gracias BWesterm!"

"All of the staff was very kind and helpful. They were also very responsive in everyway: housekeeping, golf cart pick-up, food service. The room was lovely and full of traditional hotel items and information. Love the slippers! Two things we wish you had a bar or small cafe where we could purchase food drink in the hotel part of the complex at night. When we were there, a bad rainstorm hit and we couldn't get to the club area. The adult pool area was very nice, however with the overhead jets, waterfalls, JW Marriott construction next door, road noise and music - it was too loud. I would turn off the music. It wasn't very relaxing and the main pool had tons of kids, so we didn't go there. Overall we enjoyed ourselves. Thanks again. "
