About this property

<br>This large property was fully renovated new heated salt water pool and spa

  • This large property was fully renovated New heated salt water pool and spa. Flooring to furnishings completely NEW! This large home sits on a double lot in Naples Park just 5 homes from the water/inlet. Located in the most desirable 500 block with a short walk to either Vanderbilt Beach or Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park.
Expansive open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a great room centrally located in the home which is perfect for family gatherings. The new kitchen with a 10 foot center island and all new appliances opens up to the TV room and Dining Room. The home also has a laundry room with washer and dryer, however all bedding and towels, which are supplied for guests, are professionally laundered.

The back yard is fully secluded by a fence for privacy while you enjoy the enormous back yard and heated salt water pool and spa. The patio around the pool is approximately 1500 square feet and has a large dining table, sofa/chairs and a weber grill for bar-b-ques!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and exactly as described. The home was comfortable, clean and made our trip easy and enjoyable. The host was great to work with and very communicative, which made the entire process seamless from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others.

We loved our stay in Naples. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was huge and we loved the pool and hot tub (plan ahead, it takes 30 mins to heat). The location was ideal, very close to beaches, restaurants and a Dunkin’ at the end of the street (kids loved that). It was also in a safe neighborhood. The host was very responsive and answered all of my questions promptly.

Beautiful property was a perfect location for my son's surprise proposal to his girlfriend. He proposed at Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park which was minutes from the house and then we bought steaks and we grilled out at the house which had everything we needed. We spent a lovely weekend with newly engaged couple and her parents who were all very happy with the home. The hot tub and pool were amazing and we spent a lot of time there and the host was quick to respond if we needed anything. There was also a lot of great seating/gathering areas inside and outside the home. Thanks for being part of a very special memory, we'd definitely stay here again if we're in the area!

Beautiful home & pool/spa

This home is nicely appointed and very nicely laid-out for entertaining. Three private bedrooms with a large kitchen, island, dining, and living area. The patio is very large with multiple seating areas. The salt water pool and spa are great.

Great mini vacation in Naples

An updated, well kept, well stocked, beautifully decorated modern ranch with a spacious backyard with a salt-water heated pool and a built-in hot tub had all a family may desire for a great vacation by the beach. Communication with our host was seamless and Erik even went out of his way to bring us a bike lock. Highly recommended.

Great pool and a comfortable home. Nice to have bikes to ride. Kitchen furnishings leave a bit to be desired. Also, the listing shows that a garage was available, but it is not. So if you have a nice car, know it will sit out in the hot Florida sun!

NYE 2024

This property, in some ways, is exactly as advertised. Great and walkable location to the beach. Beautifully redone. The challenge I had was the following (which I shared with the owner); 1. No bathroom amenities- including bars of soap, shampoo etc2. ice machine didn’t work 3. Tires in the bikes need to be pumped and we didn’t see a pump. 4. The Spa wasn't working. The owner is saying that the last guest turned off. Not sure There was a large crack in the front door glass when we checked in. I had to reach out, to tell the owner, as I didn't want to be responsible for that. His response was less than welcoming, which was disappointing to say the least.

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home! It was absolutely perfect for our family of six. The house was sparkling clean, and the beds were comfy. We spent so much time enjoying the pool and hot tub, and loved watching the birds and lizards around the yard. The provided bikes were a wonderful bonus, though a few could use a quick tune-up so the whole group can ride together. The neighborhood is peaceful, beautiful, and so close to amazing beaches. We highly recommend it!
