    The Platinum is a one of a kind brand new built in 2021 fine-tuned million dollar luxury vacation rental in the heart of Naples Park located perfectly close to both Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park Beach.

    This contemporary-styled brand new 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home boasts 2,000 sq. ft. of living area. In addition the outside includes a built-in outdoor kitchen, heated pool and spa, outdoor shower and brand new landscaping. the interior is tastefully decorated with a new contemporary modern touch, granite kitchen counter tops, stainless steel appliances, fireplace and immaculate furniture throughout including remote controlled blinds The house also has a 2 car-garage including tons of amenities such as 4 beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, toys, umbrella, cooler, beach/pool towels.

We had a great stay over the holidays. The house is very clean and well-appointed. We had some issues with the pool heater, but Thomas was super-responsive and was able to get a technician to repair the unit ASAP. We enjoyed the pool and spa, which were clean and well-heated. The outdoor kitchen was also a hit while watching football on the outdoor TV.Six bikes and beach chairs were perfect for our family of six, thank you! We look forward to visiting again.

Awesome vacation.

The house and location was amazing. 1 mile from the beach and the owner provided bikes which was super helpful. The pool and hot tub were also great as my kids would swim after spending time on the beach. Overall wonderful vacation.

Excellent property for a wonderful family vacation

We (family, 2 adults, one 12yr-old) spent two weeks in this wonderful vacation home in Naples Park during Easter time. It is just as described on VRBOE and had everything we needed. It is clean, spacious, well-maintained and -equipped, nicely located in Naples Park in a quiet neighborhood and just a few minutes away from the beach as well as local restaurants and shopping. The house was perfect for our family of four! It is quite modern and spacious, it had everything we needed. The absolute best part though is the outdoor space!! The pool and hot tub were amazing to have! The location is fabulous too-so fun to have bikes included with the rental! We would definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing house

My family (wife and 3 young kids) had an great visit to Naples and our stay here was icing on the cake. The house felt brand new and my kids loved spending our time at the house in the pool. Very nice property in a nice neighborhood near the beach. You could bike or even walk to the beach but we drove most everywhere. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Enjoyed it. Property manager was responsive though we didn't have any significant issues. Thanks for sharing your home!

This is a great property for a family or group of adults to stay in. Luxurious feel to the home but yet very easy to get comfortable. Walk in showers in the multiple bathrooms make clean up after beach or pool time a breeze. Close to beaches and shopping or just to stay in and enjoy the pool and hot tub. Great outdoor grilling area with wide open sliding doors to extend your living space in and out. Beach bicycles and chairs are a great addition to the property. Planning for our next visit now!

Christmas in Naples

We had an amazing 10 day stay. Upon arrival Thomas had a Christmas tree set up right next to the fire place, which I appreciated so much. The house was immaculate. The pool was clean and heated perfectly. The jacuzzi was heaven since we had a few cool nights. Location was great, near all the stores and restaurants you would ever need. The neighborhood was quiet and a great spot to go on our daily run/walks right past Vanderbuilt beach. We will 100 percent be staying here again and I highly recommend staying here.
