Nice stay in Naples
Convenient location to beach, shopping and restaurants but in a quiet area. Nice open, split bedroom layout, clean and comfortable. Host was very pleasant and responsive! We had everything we needed. We happily used the supplied beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels on beautiful Vanderbilt Beach. The beach themed decor is carried throughout the unit :)

Relaxing trip to Naples was a success
Our family drove two days to get to Naples for a college visit for our youngest daughter. It was impromptu during Spring Break so we were so happy the home was available. The home was well stocked and lovely. The only problem was a very tiny charcoal grill (the size of a plate) that was available and no charcoal. Also, having never been to Naples we would have liked some communication about the beach parking situation. We had to learn by trial and error which wastes precious time when you are on vacation. We were very happy to have the bikes. That was the reason I chose this house because of the bikes!

Stayed for a week.
The property was clean, as described, and the location was nice. Added bonus was the bikes available to renters. We had a lot of unexpected fun riding down to the beachfront spending the afternoon and watching the sunset. I had a question, contacted the host and she quickly responded with the answer. We would stay at this property again.

Everything was great. It’s a wonderful area for bike riding. You can access the beach, grocery stores, and many restaurants by bike. If you only get around by car, beach parking can be tricky.

It was a nice little apartment and I would stay there again. The backyard was not completely fenced in however. I don't know whether the fence that was missing belonged to the VRBO or the neighbor.

great trip for a weekend!
The stay was great overall - clean, in a great location, and exactly what we needed for a long weekend stay. Only issue was with the second shower head the water pressure wasn’t very good but we were all able to share the other shower so it wasn’t a big deal at all!

Safe, clean, cozy and convenient to all of the fun in North Naples
My husband and I were pleasantly surprised when we entered the home. It was clean and so comfortable. The owner was thoughtful in providing so many household items for all of your needs. No need to get your own dish soap, garbage bags, shampoo and other toiletries. The owner even provided bikes, chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to carry all of your stuff. WOW! All of those things that you may not have thought to pack. We would stay here again! We loved it!

Good and bad
The location is good as it’s close to everything. Parking was fine. We didn’t hear the people in duplex at all. House is very sparsely furnished compared to what we are used to the last few years renting in Naples. House interior could use some paint and holes/repairs fixed. Giant (I mean huge) cockroach in house - didn’t see others. We have a few bites that we are checking all of our things for to make sure we didn’t bring home any bugs.

Our rental is professionally treated monthly for pest and we do not have pest problems. We also have an excellent cleaning crew to make sure everything is clean and ready for all guests. Guest sometimes leaves the door open where a bug or two can enter.

Overall area was pleasant, very close to the beach, shopping centers and dining options. No amenities to replace the ones that ran out were readily available to restock. No toilet paper or paper towels.

Great vacation spot!
The property was clean, well equipped, in a great location! We appreciated the welcoming house arrangement. We used a bicycle and enjoyed the beach equipment daily, including the wagon, chairs, and umbrellas! The home is ( for us) walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach and in very close proximity to Trader Joe’s and lots of other options for procuring food or incidentals. It is only a short drive to several state parks and many great dining options. Any questions were answered promptly! Thanks for a great stay!

Not super!
A solid two star. it was clean, but bare bones.. I read in a previous review how the plug in the primary bathroom was hanging from a hole in the wall. It still was. A little attention to detail could make this house a real winner. The chair in the picture had a broken leg. With tons of houses for rent in that neighborhood, I'd pick a different one.

The chair in the living room was replaced with a new one as soon as the guest noticed it was broken. The plug in the bathroom was repaired as well, guest will sometimes pull too hard on it and damage it again. We maintain our property really well and give our 100% to make sure our guests are satisfied and have a nice stay.

Great host fixes problems promptly
Merielle our host was wonderful. The hot water heater went out during our stay and she was on it right away. She had that water heater replaced within 3 hours! That is excellent service and we really appreciate it. The location is perfect close to the beach and the shops and restaurants in the Mercato. The bad was even with the new water heater the shower in the back bathroom had very little water pressure and the hot water wasn’t set high enough so our showers were still a little cool. I do know the repair man was supposed to come back today to try to fix it! Merielle please also fix the outlet in the Master Bathroom as we couldn’t use it to dry our hair because it was pulled out of the wall. Overall this was an excellent experience and our host was most helpful and gracious. The home is not fancy but it is comfortable and clean!

My adult Daughter and I stayed here for about a week. The property was true to pictures and description. It was great to have beach chairs and bikes. Quiet area very close to the beach/park. Only $6 to park at Vanderbilt Beach and you can also pay person to ride bikes into the park. I think it was $2 per person to ride in. We were able to safely ride the bikes through Naples Park- little to no traffic. Washer and Dryer are great to have while there too.

Everything was smooth
We had a nice time at the house. I loved having 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms plus a do ing room/family room and kitchen. The only negative thing was the 1nd bathroom with only the shower. It didn't really smell that grest in there so we never used the shower. We used the toilet and sink. Also, it would have been nice to have another TV, although having the 1 TV kept us together at night watching movies until the kids went to sleep, so it wasn't that bad with only the one TV.

Happy with my stay!
All good. The condo was neat and clean. The location was perfect for us to get to hang with friends at the Ritz. We used the bikes which was great. The only negative was no hot water in one shower and a creepy guy in the front unit we had to pass in the driveway every day.
