- World Tennis Center is just minutes to beaches, dining, shopping and cultural venues in Naples. It offers 16 tennis courts, pro shop, 2 pools, clubhouse, sauna, gym and much more! This almost 2,000 square foot single-family home offers 3 bed and 2.5 baths. Home features new tile floors, new Karastan carpet upstairs, custom shutters on all windows. The great room features soft comfortable couches, flat-screen TV. The open gourmet kitchen boasts stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, breakfast bar and dining area with seating for 6. Kitchen is fully equipped! The primary bedroom offers a king size bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom with tub and separate shower and walk-in closet. One bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed and a ceiling fan, 2nd bedroom has a king size and a ceiling fan. There is a jack and jill bathroom between two bedrooms. The lanai is fully enclosed. Community pool, sauna, gym, tennis courts are all included.
