    Lose yourself in this comfortable and relaxing one-bedroom unit, situated on the second floor, only one short block from renowned Vanderbilt Beach and the Ritz Carlton.

    The unit has been completely renovated featuring tastefully-designed kitchen cabinetry with convenient pull-out drawers , elegant granite counters and stainless steel appliances to include a smooth-top stove, overhead microwave oven, refrigerator with ice maker and dishwasher. The oversized center island serves as a kitchen work station and spacious dinning area. The kitchen is conveniently stocked to make this, your home away from home.

    The living room offers a 55” HD television with a queen sleeper sofa. Complimentary Wi Fi is available to all our guests. Washer and dryer are conveniently stacked inside the unit.

    The bedroom features a comfortable, queen size bed and bathroom offers a walk-in shower.

    Enjoy the splendor of Vanderbilt Beach and its glorious sunsets or relax at our roof-top pool and spa feasting on the breathtaking views.

We had a very nice stay in the condo at The Palms. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all of the ‘appliances’ that makes your stay very enjoyable. The proximity to the beach is Perfect! The owner was very nice.

Beautiful little piece of paradise!

A week away, and Naples was exactly what I needed! This beautiful little piece of paradise, was the perfect answer to what I was hoping for, as it was close to the beach, and I spent the entire week in the sunshine, listening to the ocean waves crashing on the shore.

Wedding weekend stay

This place was in the perfect location for us with welcome party at the Ritz next door and wedding down the road at La Playa. The construction noise may have been the only downfall, but was communicated prior. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone traveling to the area.

Absolutely Perfect!

Absolutely perfect location! 5 minute walk to the ocean and the beach cart, chairs, umbrella, cooler, and large beach towels were perfect for a day on the beach then a short walk to watch the sunset! Very clean condo with all the comforts of home! Definitely booking again!

Wonderful little place to stay! Walk to Vanderbilt Beach is very close. Only downfall is construction and street closure. We left for the day so it wasn’t an issue for us. Would recommend! It was perfect for us!

Great Location

We had a great stay in North Naples. Our host Osi could not have been more helpful, and the condo itself suited the two of us well. Easy walk to Vanderbilt Beach. Only issues were related to nearby construction, which is obviously a temporary situation.

Location, location, location! This property is one block to the Naples Beach. You cannot be closer than this. Also, the price and value is tremendous The space is beautifully appointed, comfortable and spotlessly Clean. Osi and her husband are truly generous wonderful people and they could not do enough for us with any concerns, questions or requests that we had.The unit is out fitted with every possible amenity you might need including supplies in the kitchen, Kleenex, zip locks, and so on. The parking is very close to the unit just one level down and there is an elevator for luggage. All the beach items are provided, including a cart making it super easy to go to the beach.There is some construction on both sides of the property, but there was no noise as a result. It is just unsightly. It is a smaller space and the only thing that is lacking would be a larger closet. We wish we could’ve stayed longer! We will stay here again if it is available!

Great condo

We enjoyed our week at Vanderbilt Palms. Check in was great and was 2 blocks to the beach. We new about the building going on and we're prepared for it. Didn't her to much of anything. Building was very sound proof. Would recommend it to my friends.

Wonderful!!

I have stayed here a couple of times now and we came back because of the great experience we had the first time. The location to the beach is perfect and an easy to walk. Everything you need for the beach is provided. The property manager is very quick to respond to any needs and extremely flexible. I had to reschedule due to a death in the family and they were extremely accommodating!! I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway for two

Comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Hot tub was not available but pool was. We just didn’t take time with so many other things to do. Our host was very responsive but we had no complaints. We would most definitely stay here again and work with this host.

Great value and so close to the beach!

This place is a great value and has everything that you need for a reasonable price that is a short walking distance to the beach. The kitchen was spacious with a huge island and the balcony was comfortable and a nice to have. If you are able to share a bathroom, then this place will work well for you. As in the description, there is construction that goes on around the unit but this was never a problem with us. In fact, it was fun to watch the construction workers using the elevator during the day. Also very convenient to go in and out and walk to the beach whenever you want. Would recommend!

Perfect location and extremely clean!

Our first impression upon arrival was that this place was extremely clean and well maintained. The location is outstanding. Yes, there is construction happening around it as the ad clearly states, but we actually enjoyed watching the workers’ progress as we sat by the pool. The walk to the beach was literally minutes. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler and cart are all provided by host but you can also rent right at the end of the street on the beach. We had absolutely no issues with the place and will definitely return!

Nice Place

The unit was very clean and the bed was very comfy. There was a lot of construction around us, but surprisingly, we didn't hear much construction noise. If I have to say one negative thing, it would be the sofa. It was very uncomfortable and I couldn't sit on it for long. Wound up sitting on one of the bar stools to watch TV at night. All in all, I would recommend this place and may book it again.

Secure location for the single traveler

I was in need of a place within walking distance of the beach that was affordable, secure, with all the basic amenities. This apartment met all my criteria! Very clean and well appointed. The construction currently in process , did not disturb me at all and I was able to get some much needed sleep! The rooftop pool was a wonderful bonus and a lovely place to relax. The jacuzzi was out of order, unfortunately. My car was parked securely under the building and it stayed parked for most of my visit. Great if you want to get out and Walk , especially for the stunning sunsets every night. 🌅
