This beautiful home is in a great location situated about equal distance to North Naples Mercato, 5th Avenue downtown and the famous Waterside outdoor shopping mall. About 15 minutes to Naples Beaches. New stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cookware. Granite countertops with beautiful hardwood floors throughout. Private back yard with a tranquil sitting area and view of a wildlife filled lake. Main living area is spacious and made for entertaining. Master bedroom is also spacious, as is the master bath with double sinks and a renovated walk-in shower. 2 car garage. Heated community pool, just a minute drive away. Towels and linens are provided for the guests.
