The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Owner was very nice-Property Manager also nice.Pool was tough to get to temp- mostly because it was cold outside- Don't rent this house if you are expecting to swim in weather that's not hot. Hot Water heater going- I did notify owner.Overall, a very nice , clean housel which was perfect for our needs, Close to 5th Avenue- a good 15 min drive. Not in the best part of Naples but convenient to everything.Owner left thoughtful things like games- I would recommend this place- just make sure the hot water heater fixed! Hous
