Welcome to our families newest edition and fourth home in the Naples Park subdivision. This three bedroom, two full bath pool home is the third home in on 107th ave in the 500 block. It is a .6 mile walk or 5 minute bike ride to Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins State Park. This house features a brand new salt water swimming pool and huge hot tub. Massive screened in lanai and extended pool deck for plenty of outdoor lounging. Outdoor shower. Private fenced in yard. The house has been updated with a new tin roof, new hurricane windows and doors, new kitchen cabinets, and new air conditioning system.

The interior boasts an open and spacious living area with several comfortable sofa options, large flat screen TV, Large slider to pool deck, and a beautiful kitchen with granite counter-tops, hardwood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances offering both a breakfast bar, a dining table and the pleasure to also enjoy your meals on the outside screened in lanai.

3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a King bed in the master suite with a walk in closet, private slider to pool deck. A Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and two Twins in the 3rd giving you options to help plan your vacation. The home is abundantly appointed with everything you could think of such as new linens, mattresses, toweling and bedding, wireless high speed internet, cable TV, and BBQ grill all included for your enjoyment. Just unpack your bags. The garage also includes 6 free Cruiser bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, toys, and coolers to use when going to the Beach.

Supermarkets such as Publix, Trader Joes, Walmart and Whole Foods are less than a 5 minute drive. In addition to many local restaurants and venues such as the Turtle Club, La Playa or the Ritz Carlton on the beach or the famous Beach Box Cafe at Vanderbilt Beach, the Mercato Entertainment District offers a wide variety of the finest shops, elegant Silverspot Cinema and events on the lawn. The nightlife Scene of Mercato is renowned for its abundance and diversity including The Pub, AZN Cuisine, the Wine Loft, Cavo Lounge, Blue Martini and Burn, a Cigar Bar, just to name a few, many of which have live entertainment and dancing. Additionally, other locations such as the Pavillion Cinemas, Capital Grille, Flemings Steakhouse and Waterside Shops are only minutes away from your doorstep.

Great vacation!

Naples Oasis!

Great place great location!

We stayed here for a week in November. It has a great pool & hot tub, and it was the perfect size for us. It's only a 10 or 15 walk to the beach, and close to a supermarket & a ton of restaurants. Downtown Naples is about a 20 minute drive. CorkscSanctrew uary is about a 30 minute drive.

Wonderful property!

Getaway to the beach

We had a wonderful time here. The backyard was perfect for everyone including the two dogs. The house was clean and included soaps/detergents. We would stay here again.

Great spot for a family getaway!

Location is great. Size was awesome for the five of us. The pool and spa were very nice to have in the evenings. One of the pluses to this property was the attention to smaller details like having laundry and cleaning supplies, plenty of beach towels and gear, simple stuff for the kitchen (ie foil) that you don’t want to buy while traveling but some rentals don’t have. Really worked perfectly for our family over the holiday.

Awesome property and great location!!!!

An amazing getaway for our family. The kids loved playing in the pool and hot tub and relaxing in the lanai. Fantastic location Vanderbilt Beach is only three minutes away by car. We also loved how close the Mercato was with excellent restaurants and great ice cream at Kilwins. Chris was quick to respond with any questions or recommendations we had. Would definitely stay again.

Location, Location, Location!

The location of the residence was incredible—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Every morning, we biked to the beach with the backpack chairs provided by the host. The house was clean, and the pool and hot tub were definite bonuses. The host was responsive and promptly addressed any needs. My only recommendation would be to organize the kitchen cupboards a bit better. We look forward to future stays.

Great house

Everything was fantastic with this house. The beach was an easy walk. Having everything needed for the beach was great. The pool and Hot tub were wonderful. Even though the at night it cooled off the pool worked. I hope to stay at this property again someday.

Great getaway

The house was clean and we spent a lot of time relaxing around the pool and spa! The beds were a little hard for our liking, but none of us are back sleepers so softer is just our preference. Otherwise the house was exactly as presented in the listing, we had a great time!

Great pool and amenities, close to beaches

This was a spacious, well kept home with a great pool/hot tub. We spent many hours in the pool and relaxing at the beach just a few minutes away. The neighborhood was quiet yet still very close to stores and restaurants. The hosts provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach supplies to use during the stay which were incredibly convenient to have. Chris also was quick to respond and very accommodating. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and we would return if we were in the area.

Loved our stay!

Everything was great and just as described. Lots of nice touches - paper towels, toilet paper, hand and dish soaps, even laundry detergent and fabric softener. Very clean house with a fantastic covered pool. Lots a pool toys for the kiddies. There were lots of beach chairs and several beach umbrellas. Chris was great, and communication and check-in were seamless. I have no hesitation recommending this house for your vacation!!

The property was in good condition and communication with the rental manager was prompt. The kitchen was well stocked and instructions for check out were clear. One suggestion for improvement would be to update some of the towels in the bathrooms. The towels in the primary bedroom suite especially were thin and worn.

Perfect stay

House was perfect for family of four with two teen girls. Pool & hot tub were amazing. House was spotless & beds were comfortable. Showers had shampoo, conditioner & body wash dispensers. Plenty of bath & beach towels. Loved the outside table & grill. House was walkable to several stores (Walmart, Trader Joe’s) & restaurants. Beach was just under one mile walk through a lovely park. Access to bikes was a huge benefit. Kitchen was well stocked with whatever we needed. Beach was perfect, clean, calm & not crowded. Any questions we had were very quickly answered. Would 💯 stay again.

It was our second summer staying here and always a great time. Pool and hot tub are awesome. Location is close to so many beautiful beaches and awesome restaurants. Chris is a great host and always super responsive. Look forward to staying again!
