Very clean hotel with very helpful staff. The continental breakfast was okay. It’s a bit far from the beach, and if you want to find parking at the beach lots, you need to arrive early. We tried Bonita Beach, Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins and finally found parking at Delnor-Wiggins, which turned out to be a lovely place.

Biggest problem was no employee speaking English. Kiosk as front desk was fine ,he spoke English,but he had no answers for general hotel questions. Room was clean,comfortable and a welcome place to relax. I will stay there again.

The accommodations were clean and fine. But there is no actual person at the front desk. The job was outsourced and I had to have someone on a screen check me in. This is not an acceptable way to run a hotel. I'd like to interact with a real person in front of me. Won't stay at hotels again that outsource their front desk employee positions overseas.

I love that there is a dehumidifier in each room, and the rooms are very clean! However, the breakfast is not anything I would want to eat… too many carbs, not enough healthy options, and the coffee is not good.
