Downtown Naples - 2022 Construction, Close to Beaches, 2-bed Waterfront Condo

Beautiful 2022 CONDO in the heart of Naples - 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths, with washer and dryer. Custom cabinets with waterfall stone tops, custom wood floors, natural stone baths, designer decorated. New furniture, kitchen appliances and linens. Unit is furnished A-Z.

Short walk to 5th Avenue shops and restaurants and bike to the beach.

Application Fee of $100 and approval by HOA is required prior to lease acceptance. Minimum 30 day rental. Seasonal rate January 1st - April 30th is $6500/month. Off season May - September is $4,500/month.
