Nestled in Naples in a close to beach access point in Park Shore (34103 zip code), this delightful townhome offers superb heating and AC for ultimate comfort. With a fitness room and a washing machine & dryer, guests can stay active and fresh throughout their stay. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer, and showers with extensive sprayers for added comfort and massage in primary suite. Primary suite also has a well-organized and large closet for your suitcases and clothing/supplies. There is an on-site heated swimming pool with views of Swan Lake at the resort, along with enclosed fun spaces in clubroom for your family. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. Fine dining. Fine shopping. Just walk down the street and visit the Venetian Village Shops along the bay. Best beach in Naples. I will help you with a must-do checklist for sightseeing in Naples if it's your first experience visiting the southwest coast. Our last customer who rented, ended up buying in this location, as THEY LOVED THE LOCATION, PARK SHORE, LIFESTYLE expansive unit style with open patios on front and back of the townhome. 1 small or medium pet is permitted as long as it's not a vicious breed.
