Westshore at Naples Cay is the finest of Naples Florida rentals. This is a rare find at Naples Cay. The living room has been extended to include the lanai under air. Sliding glass doors provide the option for fresh air while enjoying the view on the 4th floor. There is no exterior living space at this condo. This unit also features views to the West to the Gulf of Mexico and also to the North for view of Clam Pass. The primary suite has a king bed. A queen bed in the second bedroom and two twins in the 3rd bedroom makes this condo perfect for families. New paint and king & queen mattresses in March 2021. New appliances July 2021. There is no phone service provided in this condo.

Naples Cay, a 24 hour gated community, you will enjoy a heated community pool, hot tub, fitness center with sauna and steam room, and har-tru tennis courts. A boardwalk takes you to the private white powder sand beach. This premier beachfront location is close to Venetian Village and the Waterside Shops where you will find many upscale restaurants and shops as well as the Artis, Naples premier performing arts center. Naples Cay offers 2 EV Car Charging Stations. Located in the parking lot east of The Club building. An account must be set up through Blink for payment.

Très bien situer

Bon l'endroit est parfait et sur l'ocean mais j'étais en vacance avec ma famille et il y avait des réno partout et beaucoup de bruit j'ai chercher pour un endroit de vacance et il y avait des endroits qui avait des rénos et c'étais inscris sur leursite
