This beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo has not only a breath taking gulf and bay view from the lanai but also from the kitchen. The primary suite has a lovley king size bed with 2 walk-in closets. Guest bedrooms are furnished with a queen and twin set of beds. Large flat sceen TV in living room. Just minutes walking to the beach and fine dining and across the street from the Ritz Carlton. Also walking distance to many restaurants, shops, Pelican Bay Park, movie theaters and grocery stores. There is a dock available to rent for boating.

Regatta of Vanderbilt is a prime location for all your vacation needs. This gated community is about a 2 block walk to the public beach access at the end of Vanderbilt Beach Road. Regatta offers an array of amenities such as 2 pools (a resort style pool with water fall and a quiet pool), spa, clubhouse, exercise room, wading pool, gazebo and 2 grills.

***All reservations made between January 1 and April 30 must be Saturday to Saturday. Please inquire for special requests. Reservations must be made more than 25 days prior to arrival. Any reservation booked online within 25 days of arrival will be cancelled.***

PLEASE NOTE: All guests must complete a separate application process for Regatta. This is done through their online platform, TenantEvaluation. Guests must pay $150 application fee through this platform as well.
