He responded incredibly quickly to every question and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. It’s clear he truly cares about his guests’ experience.The home itself was amazing — spotless, beautifully maintained, and with plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. Everything was exactly as described (if not better!).Naples Bay Resort was the perfect destination for us. The location made it so easy to get around Naples, whether we were heading to the beach, restaurants, or exploring the area. Our kids absolutely loved the pool, and we practically lived in the lazy river all week — it was such a highlight for our family!We made wonderful memories here and are already talking about coming back next year — if not sooner. "LOL this is what happens when you don’t read the reviews. To be fair the lady at the front desk was very nice. The AC worked and the bed was more comfortable than expected. The room was tiny with sticky surfaces on tables and bed stands. The bathroom had peeling paint, was very small, but everything worked. The place had a weird creepy factor to it. I can’t quite explain it but we did manage to sleep. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this place, which is conveniently located just minutes from downtown Naples and the beach. The home was spotless, very well kept, and thoughtfully prepared when we arrived, making it feel welcoming right away. We stayed for a week while my stepdad underwent surgery, and having access to a washer and dryer was incredibly helpful and made the stay much easier for us. The property was also very pet-friendly and worked perfectly for our little pug, which we truly appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable, stress-free stay during an important time for our family, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended."
