The home offers luxury features such as split bedrooms, tile flooring throughout (no carpet), stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. The master suite has a king-size bed, one guest room offers a queen bed, and the other has two twin beds. The den/office includes a Murphy bed that sleeps two, and it can also be used as a 4th bedroom if needed.
The lanai is perfect for outdoor entertaining with an outdoor kitchen, and the spacious great room provides a comfortable living space. Located in the Naples Reserve community, enjoy 5-star resort-style amenities including a pool with lap lanes, tennis and pickleball courts (lessons available), bocce, beach volleyball, a Tiki Bar and restaurant, fitness center, 22 lakes with a private island, pontoon boat rentals, kayaks, a dog park, walking/biking paths, a children’s park, and more!
