Newly built modern home in the heart of Parkshore. Minutes walk to Seagate beach and Waterside shops. Huge resort style back yard with salt water sport pool featuring hot tub and sun shelf. Spacious open living area with formal dining room off the modern kitchen. Large master bedroom opens to pool deck as does the guest wing. Upstairs features two additional large bedrooms opening to the upstairs lounge. The upstairs balconies offer a wonderful western view perfect for watching the sunset.
