About this property

Private heated pool & spa home. Close to beach!

  • Recently built private home with large, heated pool and spa, near canals, close to beaches (Vanderbilt beach/Delnor Wiggins/Barefoot) and county marina. Home has incredible master suite, induction cook top, high ceilings, tvs and fans in every room, a beautiful front and rear lanai, yoga/workout area, quiet non-gated neighborhood. This is a 2nd floor living floor plan (stairs in front, spiral stairs in back). Everything you would need in a home is here, plus two beach bikes, Tower inflatable paddle board, and beach gear. Paved bike paths to the beach and stores are just down the block. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Discount applied for longer stays.
