South Facing-Lakeview-Naples Oasis-Private Pool-Hot Tub-10 mins to the Beach
- Welcome to this beautiful house on a peaceful cul-de-sac. The screened lanai has a private heated pool with an attached hot tub that overlooks a picturesque lake. A perfect location for sitting in the spa and watching the sunset.
Also part of the lanai, is a shaded patio area with a dining table, ceiling fans and a barbecue.
The spacious indoors offers separate bedroom and bathroom areas supplied with linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open-concept great room looking out to the lanai.
Our private gated-community provides communal pools including a lap pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts and a children's play area.
Enjoy a day at the beach with the chairs, towels and beach items that are provided. Also provided are two bikes and fishing rods.
Gated community with 24-hour security.
