After hours, take a 5 minute walk to the waterfront Esplanade for ice cream, people watching and some star gazing.

Rent bicycles nearby and the beach and nature trails will be within 8-10 minutes of the unit.

Major Advantages of Staying at Sand Star Villas

Many Marco Island rental units are in large, crowded, multi-level condominium developments where units are stacked on top of one another and you can hear your neighbors on all sides. At Sand Star Villas, there are only 21 units arranged in two townhouse rows; no neighbors above or below you -- only to either size with cinderblock firewalls separating the units. The community is exceptionally quiet and is virtually never fully occupied, even during high season.

Many condominium developments on the island require you to park in a car park and walk a very long way, upstairs, by lift and around past other units to reach your unit. At Sand Star Villas, you park directly in front of the unit and within 8-10 steps are comfortably inside the unit.
