Enjoy the comforts and space of a single family home, walking distance to the beach. Sit in the over-sized lanai, swim, float or just relax in a home that is close to everything you need on vacation. This home is a two bedroom, two full bath, with large living room, dining room and den. House sleeps 4 people.

Home is a 20 minute walk or short bike ride to both Vanderbilt beach and Bluebill beach access. (5 minutes car ride to beach) Bikes, coolers, beach towels and beach chairs included.

The house features a king size master bedroom with master-bath, a second bedroom with two XL twins that can be grouped together to make a second king size bed. This bedroom has it's own outside court yard.

The entire yard is beautifully landscaped with native tropical plants, bird baths and of course a private custom pool that features a lagoon shape, built in seating and when needed, a heat pump to ensure the right temperature all year long.

My husband and I went down for some R&R. The house was great, had everything you need for the beach, chairs, umbrella, towels, etc...Neighborhood was quiet, nice, close to everything you need. Pool was nice , great place to relax. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was great!
We had an amazing time. The property had everything we needed including bikes, towels, dishes, tennis racquets, beach chairs and coolers. Location was also great! We biked to the beach and drove to many many beautiful spots for fishing, watching the sunset, etc. Already talking about coming again next year!
