The Gardenia House is a waterfront Boutique Inn with Western Exposure, beautiful sunsets and Saltwater swimming pool. Located on Bayshore Dr., a walking/boating community you can walk to many restaurants, including 360Market and Celebration Park. Naples Botanical Gardens, Bayview Park and East Naples Community Park, home of the US Pickleball Championships, are just blocks away. There is an on-site coffee lounge, hair salon, and yoga studio, all just 2 miles from 5th Ave S and Naples Beaches.
The space
The Gardenia House is about laid back fun from a Florida gone by. A small Boutique property consisting of just 10 individually decorated suites. People come from all over to view the beautiful murals painted on our building. Each unit is turnkey furnished with a full kitchen. You can bring your boat, your kids, your parents and your well behaved pets. Come and lounge by the Saltwater swimming pool overlooking the tranquil water, cook out, have a margarita and hang out on the grounds, or you can walk to many nearby restaurant's. Famous 5th Ave S and the beautiful Naples Beaches are about 2 miles away. Take the short drive downtown view the beautiful mansions on Gulf Shore Blvd and see what put Naples on the map. There's so much to do. There's something for everyone. Many of our guests come back year after year. It's like seeing your old friends coming back for a visit.

Serene and tranquil grounds and Tropical Landscaping. With our Western Exposure it is a perfect place to have a cocktail and watch the sunset. We have direct access with no bridge to the Gulf of Mexico for those who want to bring their boats or their Paddleboards. Our building also has an on-site Organic Coffee Lounge, Bean To Cup, Hair 4 You hair salon and, Drip Hot Yoga studio. there is on site parking and washer and dryer. Of course you can't miss the Saltwater Swimming Pool on the water surrounded by Tropical Landscaping
