Guests have full access of unit except the locked owners closet. Private lanai overlooking the pickleball court, which is shared with the other unit. Normal pickleball etiquette rules apply for court sharing.

A Pet is allowed if it is under 50 pounds. A $100 fee will be charged. Pet waste needs to be picked up and disposed. Pets over 50 pounds will void the rental agreement.

HOST LIABILITY. The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss including on or around the Pickleball Court. The Guest expressly recognizes that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Host may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guest and that Guest should purchase their own insurance for their guests if such coverage is desired.
Host assumes no liability for personal injuries of any kind on the premises, including while playing pickleball.

If you want the best , stay here!

What an amazing home located 5 min from 5th Avenue! The house is super comfortable and has everything and more that you can imagine! Super clean, large living dining room area. Bathrooms well appointed . Top of the line appliances! And the pickle ball court is the icing on the cake that you won’t find anywhere ! Linens , towels , bedding all good quality !
