With 2 queen beds and 2 bathrooms featuring a walk-in shower in master and bathtub in guest. Den is a perfect place to read or work from home. Relax in the lanai overlooking one of our many community lakes and enjoy the free entertainment provided by mother nature! Fabulous amenities included with this beautiful property offering tremendous comfort and convenience for guests. Access to magnificent, welcoming community pool and fitness center.
Set in a quiet, upscale coastal neighborhood, the villa offers privacy while still being close to fine dining, boutiques, marinas, and golf courses. Home is 20-30 minutes from Marco Island beaches, 5th Ave and 3rd Street and North Naples beaches including pier.
